Never ever compromise your ideas and beliefs just because you want to look cool or you don\u2019t want to hurt someone\u2019s feelings.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"color:#fbfbfb\" class=\"has-text-color\">Saying NO requires practice. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"color:#fbfbfb\" class=\"has-text-color\">The first time you say NO, you\u2019ll question yourself and wonder over and over if you made the right move. Here is the funny part: If you really wanted to do something or agreed with someone you would\u2019ve done it immediately without hesitation.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"color:#fbfbfb\" class=\"has-text-color\">The more you align with your own values, the easier it will be to say NO.
